practice. Clients appreciate his thorough analysis of complex tax
issues ultimately aimed at providing them an optimal and simplified
planning guide. He will examine areas such as tax minimization,
maximizing the capital gains exemption, conflicts of law between
jurisdictions, trust planning, succession of family businesses, minimization
of income. In areas such as
estate clearing and business success planning, David brings both his tax
knowledge and a unique understanding of the family dynamic.
Thoughts on
synergy
David believes the firm's longevity lies
in its client loyalty and the fact that RHA partners are much more than
accountants. "Our partners are much more than accountants, they are
intelligent and creative people offering well-rounded experience and
expertise, sharing business advice and extending cooperation. Each
partner works in synergy to accomplish their best work."
David
Posel is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Institute for
Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association.
